NBS Endurance Series – Round 2 Info & Itinerary

📍Teesside Circuit

📅 Friday 30th & Saturday 31st May 2025

Thanks again for the energy and feedback at Round 1 – we’ve made a few updates for Round 2 based on that input. Please read the following carefully.

🟡 Full Course Yellow / Battenberg

• Restart will include a minimum of one lap under waved yellow flags before going green.
• During FCY, pit exit is closed – you can pit in, but cannot re-join until the track goes green.
• Bikes re-join only after the pack passes.

⛽ Fuelling Procedure

• Bike must be on a stand during fuelling.
• If it can’t be put on a stand due to a fault, this must be fixed before fuelling or re-joining.
• Penalty for non-compliance = 20L deduction

🛑 Dummy Grid / Pit Lane / Fuel Bay Safety

• Sitting, standing, or waiting in/on the dummy grid, pit lane, or fuel bay is strictly prohibited at all times.
• These areas must be kept clear unless actively involved in race operations.

🎲 Random Grid Draw

• The grid will be created using the online timing system’s randomiser.
• Two team reps will be invited to witness this in person on Friday at 16:45.
• We’ll also aim to video and share to WhatsApp for full transparency.
• Late entries go to the back.

🏁 Race Starts

• All races are rolling starts in single file.
• 1x warm-up lap under Full Course Yellow before going green.

🚨 Reminder on Conduct

Please remember to treat all event staff with respect. Using derogatory or offensive language towards or about anyone will not be tolerated. Just use names. Be decent.

Friday – Testing & Briefing

🕤 09:30–16:30 – Open testing (£60 per extra bike)

📝 All riders must sign on before going out

🎲 16:45 – Random Grid Draw (two team reps to attend)

📢 17:00 – Riders Briefing & Round 1 Trophies (in the café)

Saturday – Race Day

🕘 09:00–09:45 – Practice

🏁 09:45 – Chequered flag, stop bikes on grid

🛞 09:50 – Bikes return to pits and roll round to grid

🟡 09:58 – Single file rolling lap under FCY

✅ 10:00 – Green flag – Race Start

⏱️ 18:00 – Race finish

🏆 18:30 – Trophy Presentation
